Monitor, Digital Thermometer & Glucometer under the purview of Drug & Cosmetic Act 1940.

S.O. 4671(E).—In pursuance sub-clause (iv) of clause (b) of section 3 of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 (23 of 1940), the Central Government hereby amends the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (Department of Health and Family Welfare) No. S.O. 5980(E), dated the 3rd December, 2018 published in PART II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) of the Gazette of India,

Extraordinary, namely, In the said notification, for the words and figures “the 1st day of January, 2020” the words and figures “the 1st day of January, 2021” shall be substituted.

Rajan Dhall Charitable Trust, vide its order dated 31.10.2018 has directed Labour Department to redo the exercise of fixing the minimum wages for the scheduled employment afresh following the route prescribed either under section 5(1)(a) or 5(1)(b) of the Minimum Wages Act, 1948;

G.S.R. 797 (E).— The following draft of certain rules further to amend Medical Device Rules, 2017, which the Central Government proposes to make, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 12 and section 33 of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 (23 of 1940) and after consultation with the Drugs Technical Advisory Board is hereby published for information of all persons likely to be affected thereby and notice is hereby given that the said draft rules shall be taken into consideration on or after the expiry of a period of thirty days from the date on which copies of the Gazette of
India containing these draft rules are made available to public
