We are pleased to inform you that due to phenomenal and untiring efforts of SMTA team, the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare has deferred the implementation of notification dated 03-12-2018 regarding bringing Nebulizer, B.P. Monitor, Digital Thermometer & Glucometer under the purview of Drug & Cosmetic Act 1940.
